When the RTPS website was searched based on the certificate number shown in the broadcast news, the same certificate issued in the name of the dog was downloaded from there.
The application number along with the subdivision and zone is shown on this certificate. The date of issue is mentioned as 24th July. It reads, It is certified that Kutta Babu, father-Kutta Babu, mother-Kutta Devi, Mohalla-Kaulichak, Ward No. 15, Post Office-Masaurhi Pincode, Police Station, Block, Sub-Division Masaurhi, mentioning this, are residents of District Patna, State Bihar.
There is also a picture of a dog on the certificate. The certificate number is BRCCO/2025/15933581. It is said that the documents used to make this certificate are in the name of a woman from Delhi.
