PM Modi is on a Gujarat tour today. The PM has reached Vadodara, where he is holding a mega rally. Hundreds of people joined in welcoming the PM, whom the PM greeted by waving his hand. This is the first time the PM has visited his home state after Operation Sindoor.
The PM’s visit will see the inauguration and laying of foundation stones of several development projects worth Rs 82,000 crore. The Prime Minister was given a grand welcome by over 25,000 women who showered flowers on him in a special ‘Sindoor Samman Yatra’.
The family of Indian Army Colonel Sophia Qureshi, who came into the limelight after Operation Sindoor, was also seen on the stage during the PM’s road show. The family members also showered flowers during PM Modi’s road show. During his two-day visit to Gujarat, Prime Minister Modi will inaugurate and lay the foundation stone of various development projects in the state.
The Dawoodi Bohra community is also preparing to welcome the PM with enthusiasm while various cultural performances are being performed in honour of the Indian Armed Forces and Operation Sindoor.
