Renton Police to Host Community Conversation in Sunset Neighborhood

USARenton Police to Host Community Conversation in Sunset Neighborhood

Renton, WA — The Renton Police Department, in partnership with the Sunset Neighborhood Association, is inviting residents and workers in the Sunset area to join an open community forum on Wednesday, November 12, from 6:45 to 7:45 p.m. at Sunset Community Church.

The event, titled “Community Conversations with Renton Police,” aims to create an open dialogue between law enforcement and community members. There will be no formal agenda or speeches—just an opportunity for honest conversation about public safety, community concerns, and ideas for improving neighborhood relations.

Police officials say they hope to hear directly from residents about their questions, concerns, and suggestions to help the department better serve the Sunset community.

For more information, visit the Renton Police Department’s official social media channels.
