USASR 167 Closed in Both Directions Due to Rising Green River Waters

Both directions of State Route 167 are fully closed between South 212th Street (MP 22) in Kent and 15th Street NW (MP 16) in Auburn due to rising water levels from the Green River, according to WSDOT Traffic.

Officials confirmed there is no estimated time for reopening lanes or ramps along this roughly 6-mile stretch. Drivers are urged to use alternate routes and avoid the area as conditions remain hazardous.

WSDOT continues to monitor the situation and will provide updates as conditions change. Motorists are advised to check real-time traffic information before traveling and follow all posted detours and safety instructions.
