Recently, both of them have narrated the story behind the title song of Saiyyara in an interview given to Hindustan Times. Musician Arsalan has said- I was working as a civil engineer in Kashmir.I have been interested in writing songs and making music since childhood. During that time, I was thinking that my talent is not getting recognition at the international level.
I have been working with Faheem Abdullah for a long time. The biggest challenge for both of us was how to explain to our parents.Faheem further says that we had only 14 days budget to survive in Mumbai. But we were lucky that on the 13th day we met Tanishq Bagchi and in this way the foundation of Saiyyara was laid.
