Israel has intensified military operations in Gaza as soon as US President Donald Trump left West Asia. More than 250 people have been killed in two days of Israeli attacks in Gaza. The dead include four children who died in a tent in the Jabalia refugee camp.
Meanwhile, indirect talks have also begun between Israel and Hamas regarding ceasefire in Qatar’s capital Doha. Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz has said that the objective of Operation Gideon Chariots is to eliminate Hamas from Gaza.
During this time, the Israeli army will make every possible effort to free about two dozen hostages from Hamas captivity. These people have been kidnapped by Hamas fighters from Israeli cities on October 7, 2023 and are being held hostage.
In order to increase pressure on Hamas, the Israeli army has been stopping the supply of food, drinking water, medicines and other essential goods to Gaza for the last two and a half months. Nearly nine thousand trucks carrying essential goods are standing on the Gaza border. Due to this, it is becoming difficult for the population of more than 20 lakh in Gaza to pass even a single moment.
