Most of the students study medicine there, in Tehran and other cities. The Indian government has launched a campaign for the safe return of these students. Under this, 90 students from Kashmir are going to reach New Delhi from Armenia tonight on Wednesday.

Many students of Urmia University of Medical Sciences are also returning to India. They said that we are very happy that the Government of India is sending us back safely.

Regarding Indian students in Iran, the Ministry of External Affairs has said, “The Indian Embassy in Tehran is monitoring the situation.
