Recently, a very sad news came out. Karisma Kapoor’s ex-husband and Delhi-based businessman Sanjay Kapoor passed away at the age of 53. The reason for his death is said to be a heart attack while playing polo. However, his friend also says that while he was playing polo, a bee got stung in his throat due to which the actor fell down and when he was brought to the hospital, the doctor declared Sanjay dead.
Even though Karisma and Sanjay Kapoor’s relationship had ended, they were very connected because of their children Samaira and Kian. Now, seven days after his death, Sanjay Kapoor’s last rites will be performed in Delhi. For which Karisma Kapoor has reached Delhi today with her children.
Releasing an official press note, the family of businessman Sanjay Kapoor said that his last rites will be performed today i.e. on June 19 at Lodhi Road crematorium in Delhi. The process of his funeral will begin at 5 o’clock. At present, Sanjay Kapoor’s relatives are slowly reaching his house.
Along with the messages written by Sanjay Kapoor’s third wife Priya Sachdev, mother Rani Surinder Kapoor and children Samaira and Kiaan, his family informed in a press note that the body will be kept at Delhi’s Taj Hotel Palace on June 22 between 4 and 5 pm, three days after the funeral on the 19th.
