Actress and reality TV personality Shefali Jariwala, best remembered as the Kaanta Laga Girl, has passed away at the age of 42. Her fans are deeply saddened by her sudden demise. She was last seen in Salman Khan’s show Bigg Boss 13. A hospital receptionist shared the sad news and said that Shefali died of a heart attack. Shefali Jariwala had revealed in a podcast with Paras Chhabra 10 months before her death, “How much hard work does an artiste work to just make an identity? Like the Angry Young Man or King Khan.” She proudly added, “There can only be one Kaanta Laga girl in the whole world and that’s me. I love it.
I want to be known as the Kaanta Laga girl till the day I die. Even after my last day on this earth, I want people to remember me for that song. I am very proud of it.”
