Punjabi actor and singer Diljit Dosanjh’s film ‘Sardarji’ is going to hit the theatres in a few days, but even before that the film has been surrounded by controversies. The film is releasing overseas at the end of this month. But there is a growing demand to ban it in India. FWICE has requested the censor board not to give this film a certificate for release in India.
The reason behind all these controversies is the presence of Pakistani actress Hania Aamir in Sardarji 3. After the fans, now the industry is also criticizing this decision of Diljit Dosanjh. Recently, B-Prak had expressed his anger and now singer Mika Singh has lashed out at Diljit.
Mika Singh has recently shared a story on his official Instagram account reprimanding Diljit Dosanjh, which contains his statement. In this post, the singer has called Diljit a ‘fake singer’ and ‘irresponsible’. He said in his statement, “We all know that the relations between India and Pakistan are not good right now. Despite this, there are many people who are doing irresponsible things”. Everyone should think twice before using any artist from across the border in their content, especially when it comes to the country’s honour.”
