US President Donald Trump surprised everyone at the G-7 summit going on in Canada. In fact, he left the summit midway and returned to America. He did this when the tension between Iran and Israel is at its peak. During the G-7 summit, Trump also raised questions about the importance of the group. He said that it was wrong to remove Russia from the G-7 in 2014, which destabilized the world. He also suggested that China should be included in the G-7.
PM Modi has also reached Canada to participate in G-7. This year Canada is hosting G-7. Trump warned Iran that it should immediately give up its nuclear weapons ambitions, otherwise the situation could worsen. He also advised Tehran to evacuate immediately.
“Iran must halt its nuclear plans before it is too late,” Trump posted on his Truth account. He also mentioned that Iranian leaders wanted to hold talks but no agreement could be reached in the last 60 days, following which Israel launched air strikes on Iran four days ago.
