SeaTac, WA — This Sunday, September 28th, Steffanie Fain will officially launch her general election campaign for King County Council District 5 with a community celebration hosted by the mayors of all six cities in the district. The kickoff event will take place at Angle Lake Park in SeaTac from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM, and is open to the public.
The event marks a significant moment in Fain’s campaign as she transitions from a competitive primary to the final stretch leading up to the No vember general election. Local leaders are expected to speak in support of Fain, underscoring her deep roots in South King County and her commitment to regional collaboration.
“This campaign is about bringing our communities together and delivering real results — not just promises,” Fain said in advance of the event. “I’m honored to have the support of all six District 5 mayors and can’t wait to kick off this next phase with neighbors from across the district.”
